Here's to YOUR Long, Lean Life!!

So. Not to make this awkward, but I'm still not sure what I'm doing here!! Blogging is a previously attempted and failed  new concept for me!

Any who. I am Cathy! I am a wife, a mom, homeschooling circus master mom, and an independent Isagenix consultant (which is why I'm creating this separate blog!). Bare (bear?) with me...

I joined Isagenix in July 2011 and I LOVE IT!! I am in love with the company, the products, and especially the results!

The first time I used Isagenix, I was not great with exercise. Oh, who am I kidding? I'm still not great! I'm lazy by tiredness, if anything. But still. My first time with Isa was with a 9-day system (that really lasts 11 days). No kidding, I lost 10 lbs in those 11 days!! I was amazed. I wasn't exercising for certain reasons (that I can explain here...when I get a link to another post. ;)) so I was shocked to see the number on the scale. I continued the program and ended up losing 15 lbs and over 20 inches (that's right, 20!) off my body. WHOA! I was amazed. I was flabbergasted. I wanted to keep going! But a little pink stick with two little pink lines said, "Hey, lets not lose any more weight for the next 9 months, yeah?"

But I kept drinking the Isagenix IsaLean shakes, eating their snacks, their cookies, drinking their drinks, etc. because it was GOOD FOR ME and GREAT FOR BABY #2! Or as my husband and I affectionately called him while in utero, Baby Dos. ;)

Then, after birthing and nursing for 11 months, the day finally came when I could jump start on my deep cleansing again!! The magic number for this go 'round? 11 lbs and 13" GONE in 11 days! Like the magic potion of my dreams, the system allowed me to wear pants that didn't have a stretchy band around the waist. FFAAAAAABUUUULLLOOOUUSSSSSSS!!! Can you tell that I was excited?

So all together, my body went from 200+ lbs on the day I gave birth to Baby Dos (better now known as Mason) to 137 lbs as of two minutes ago. (I jumped on the scale for full effect! BAM!)

Here is what I want you to know:

• Deep cleansing is NOT a colon cleanse! No pooing your pantaloons... Seriously.
• Deep cleansing is NOT hard, but it does take some will power. YOU CAN DO IT!!
